Privacy & analytics

We use Google Analytics only if you choose to allow analytics. It helps us understand visits, traffic sources, page engagement, workflow ideas opened, category filters used, whether library searches find results, the category of a starting-point recommendation viewed, clicks on our booking and email links, and whether a contact form message was sent successfully. We do not send the text you type into the workflow search to Analytics. Booking and email clicks do not tell us whether you completed a booking or sent an email.

When enabled, Google Analytics uses cookies and receives information about your browser and device and your interactions with this site. Advertising personalization is disabled. Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services, or use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

The Operational Debt Check keeps your answers in this browser tab using session storage. Answers and results are not sent to our server or Google Analytics. Downloads are created in your browser. You choose whether to share them with us.

The Handoff Map processes answers and imports in your browser, without Google Analytics or AI processing on that page. Drafts stay in memory unless you choose to remember them in this browser. Turning that option off or clearing the draft removes the saved browser copy. Reports and editable files are generated locally. Opening our contact page does not send your map; you choose what to share.

We store your analytics choice in a necessary cookie for up to six months. You can change it here at any time. Declining stops this site's Analytics collection and removes its Analytics cookies. It does not delete data already collected by Google.

Our hosting provider processes request information to deliver and operate the site. If you follow a booking, social, or other external link, that service's own privacy practices apply. If you use our contact form, email us, or book a call, we use the information you provide to respond and arrange that conversation. Contact form submissions are delivered to our inbox through Amazon Web Services. We do not send your name, email, or message to Google Analytics. To understand how people find us, this site keeps the page you first landed on, the site that referred you, and any campaign tags in the link (such as utm tags or ad click IDs) in your browser tab only, without cookies. If you submit the contact form, those details are delivered to our inbox through Amazon Web Services. When the booking calendar loads or you follow a booking link, they are sent to Cal.com with the booking page. These services process the details under their own privacy practices.
